Terms & Policies

Disclaimer
The products listed are intended primarily for some form of racing or high performance, which implies that they will be pushed to severe and unusual limits. Moran Motorsports has no control over the installation
or usage of these items and therefore accepts no responsibility for personal injury or loss of property resulting from their use.
We furnish the listed name brand parts whenever possible. However, Moran Motorsports reserves the right to substitute equal or better parts from the same or different manufacturer where listed parts are
unavailable, or at the discretion of Moran Motorsports, performance will be equal or better than use of the listed part.

Billing Disclaimer:
* Each order is custom and the prices listed above is pending order completion - pricing is based on information given at the time of quoting and may not be final.
* The actual charges will be determined after order completion due to customization required and/or any additional billing charges that are received on the order.
* Any billings delivered to customer from us during order process / engine build may change at any time due to changes made during the customization process, application of customer specific
pricing, our billing, etc.
*Final billing and invoicing will be determined by Moran. Thank you!

Terms
All orders shipped pre-paid. If the payment is to be of an unsecured fund, Moran Motorsports will demand payment 10 days prior to delivery. No products(s) will be released to customer until payment in full is
received.

Payments / Deposits
For these orders, payments are accepted by cash or check made payable to Moran Motorsports. A 50% deposit is required to start along with a signed copy of your quote. If the last payment is to be of an unsecured fund, Moran Motorsports will demand payment 10 days prior to delivery. No product will be released to customer until payment in full is received. Check payments – If your check is returned for non-sufficient funds, you expressly authorize your account to be electronically debited or bank drafted for the amount of the check plus any applicable fees. The use of a
check for payment is your acknowledgement and acceptance of this policy and its terms and conditions. Check Velocity 800.430.2370 www.checkvelocity.com.

Check Policy
All returned checks will be assessed a $25.00 service charge plus any other fees incurred in the collection of the item. Customers sent to collections will be charged a $50.00 fee minimum or as
allowed by law and may be responsible for all fees incurred during the collection. Any unpaid NSF checks will be subject to collection and legal action. Check payments – If your check is returned

Shipping
Moran Motorsports will make various shipping arrangements at the best rate possible. Pre-Payment is required. If you would like, you can also make your own shipping arrangements. Please inspect the container and contents closely, saving all the original packaging. If you detect damage to your shipment, make a written note of the damage with the delivery personal because their company is responsible for any and all damages, NOT Moran Motorsports.

International Shipping
The customer is responsible for any and all Customs Duty, Tax and any fees.

Refusals
All refusals will have a $25.00 handling charge and applicable freight charges billed to the customers account.

Drop Ship Orders
Factory drop ship orders will be subject to the manufacturer’s policy and an additional fee may apply. Please contact Moran Motorsports directly.

Special Orders / Custom Parts
All special orders and / or custom parts are subject to freight and handling charges from the manufacturer. No returns accepted on special order and custom parts.

Quotes / Estimates / Orders / Invoices:
If you wish to place an order, please provide: Complete name and/or Business, Shipping address, Telephone number with area code, Email address

However, Moran Motorsports reserves the right to substitute equal or better parts from the same or different manufacturer where listed parts are unavailable, or at the discretion of Moran Motorsports, performance will be equal or better than use of the listed part.

Sales Tax
Sales made in Michigan, or shipped to a Michigan address, are subject sales tax unless the customer has a valid sales tax exemption number for our records at that time.

International
We welcome international orders and can make various shipping arrangements at the best rate possible. We do require pre-payment for these orders.

International Payments / Deposits
International Payments are accepted by wire transfer only, credit card or PayPal. Wire transfer instructions are provided upon request, if needed. We are sorry for any inconvenience.

International Shipping
The customer is responsible for any and all Customs Duty and Taxes. In addition, please see the Shipping section above.

Returns
Returned items on a case by case basis – most sales are final. Please contact Moran Motorsports directly for information about returns. Prior authorization is required. Returned items must be unused and may be subject to a restocking fee. There are no returns on large or custom items. There are no returns on engines.

Pricing
The prices listed are subject to change without notice. Final pricing is determined by additions; expedite fees, additional upgrades, changes, shipping, freight, etc…

Disclaimer of Warranty
Moran Motorsports, Inc. Makes no warranties either express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability of or fitness for a particular purpose. There is no warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect
purchaser or ultimate user of such goods from injury or death. Racing is a dangerous activity and the user shall determine the suitability and safety of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection there within. The purchaser is responsible for determining the suitability of any and all products purchased from Moran Motorsports, Inc. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stresses places on race cars and components and we have no control over how they are installed, maintained, and used. Due to the hazards involved with racing, Moran Motorsports, Inc. accepts no liability for failures of racing components or accessories manufactured or sold by Moran Motorsports, Inc. or any of its Distributors. Upon purchasing this product(s), customers accept all risks involved with racing and hazards thereof.

Errors in typographical content, pricing and photography are subject to correction and may change without notice. Prices are subject to change at anytime without notice.
